Garment Care
For your knitwear to last a long life, regular washing is not needed. Airing outside to ventilate is often enough. If washing is needed, treat your garment as follows:
Hand Wash
Wash your knitted garment separately by hand in cool water. Add a little natural wool detergent and let your garment in the water and soak for 10 minutes.
Dry Flat
Squeeze out any excess water very gently, avoiding wringing. We advise avoiding any stretching of your knitwear when drying. Let it dry flat on a towel, hanging is not a good solution.
Store
Your knits prefer to be stored folded, not hung. Hanging may stretch the garment out of shape. Folding and store them in drawers. This protects your knitwear against pesky moths. LOKOMOTIVE OOO knitwear is made to give joy wearing them over a long time. However, pilling may occur naturally because of friction. The traditional fabric shaver will easily remove it. Pilling comb helps too.
