LOKOMOTIVE OOO is the quintessential St. Moritz brand: conceived, founded and head-quartered in the heart of the Engadine Valley. The Alpine context paired with a fascination for kitsch Swiss Souvenir culture, antique trains and a passion for the quirky 1960&70’s aesthetic, deeply shape LOKOMOTIVE OOO’s visual expression. This love for the Nostalgic, derives from our founder’s roots in scenography and costume design, as well as her background in opera and History of Art. 

At LOKOMOTIVE OOO our mission is sustainable as well as ethical craftmanship of high quality and tradition, making you more than a buyer but a conscious passenger, experiencing a new kind of concept of garment production. We carefully handpick all materials and oversee every aspect of our creative process and production. 

Innately Christian and philanthropic values are the fuel of our brand and what makes us stand out. LOKOMOTIVE OOO takes pride in employing a whole community of local and traditional artisans from the Engadine region as well as all regions of Switzerland and Italy with whom we have formed long-standing relationships. LOKOMOTIVE OOO lives the values it proclaims, rather than writing sustainability on our banner, we simply choose to do things properly in the background. In other words we avoid synthetic fiber and always prefer natural materials, we stick to our close surroundings for manufacture and employment and produce very little stock.  Ethos and longevity are key to our small, independent business and in line with our beliefs.

Our hand-crafted LOK-À-PORTER collections— until now exclusively available by appointment in our beautiful showroom, nestled in the heart of St. Moritz — will now be universally accessible by the launch of this new online store. The beginning of an exciting new era for LOKOMOTIVE OOO, which until now shunned all public online appearance. We will be regularly dropping new pieces, as well as limited & special editions.
